Inclusive and giving everyone a purpose in the community to promote harmony between the different age demographic.
DESIGN INTENT
To bring a larger demographic into the site - youth. Injecting youth to the site while maintaining the traditional spirit of Tanglin Halt.
BUILDING DESIGN
Built in consideration of silver generation and future families taking care of them.
